Ms. Cleven's class learned about the difference between a democracy and monarchy. Then students sorted the characteristics of the two types of government on a crown and constitution. They had so much getting to wear their crowns at the end of the activity!

5th grade has begun our Patterns in the sky unit in science. We turned ourselves into the Earth to practice our orbit to make the cycle of day and night. We even got introduced to our Solar System with a visit from Mrs. Aken and our Starlab. It was out of this world
