Beginning October 15 of each school year, students who are not up-to-date on required immunizations will be excluded from school until proper documentation is provided.
To help you stay on track, we are sharing an informational flyer from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) that outlines the state’s immunization requirements. Please review it carefully to ensure your child is compliant.
✅ If you have questions about your child’s records, please contact your school office.
✅ Please turn in documentation as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your child’s school day.
