Students got to purchase snacks from the fun cart today, that's provided from our fabulous PTO! Students were so excited, and they loved their treats!!

Today we celebrated all of our students who made their growth goal in I-Ready reading, and math! Students and staff are very proud of their accomplishments!!

Kindergarten students in Mrs. Winiger's and Mrs. Kostal's room, are loving their reading center time!! They are working on their sight words, and letter matching!!
Kindergarten students in Mrs. Winiger's class built their shade structures as part of their science unit! Students used materials to shade their cone creatures from the sun!
Today was the 100th day of school, and Oak Crest celebrated with 100th day themed activities! Students and staff dressed up as older people, and wore 100th day of school shirts! Students had fun with STEM, writing, art, and counting activities with 100!
5th grade students in Ms. Luka's class were working on their standard math algorithms today!
Students in Mr. Jone's class made hand rocket ships today! They glued on the pieces for the top, and loved their creation!
Today 4th and 5th grade students competed in our school wide spelling bee! The winners from each class faced off against each other to give us our spelling bee champion!! The participants did an amazing job!!
Beach Park School District 3 Elementary Schools will have a two-hour delay today due to the icy road conditions. Middle School students will start at regular time.
Students in Mrs. Campbell's, and Ms. McGarry's class, are making the best of indoor recess with candy land, drawing and more!
