What did we learn from today's experiment? 1. Baking soda and vinegar combined is a chemical reaction that releases carbon dioxide. 2. When you do the experiment in a sealed bag, the gas particles expand the bag and sometimes even pop it! We had so much fun!!! This is an easy experiment to try at home!!

For the December SIP Day challenge, the student's worked together to engineer a shelf for their paper elf to sit on! The Kindergarten and 4th grade students did a fantastic job!
