
Mrs. Parmey's class had a great time putting some large floor puzzles together!






Dr. Garris read the book "A Few Beautiful Moments, Experiencing A Solar Eclipse" to Mrs. Squires's class. It was the perfect way to end our day of learning about the eclipse. The students also watched a live stream to witness how a total eclipse looks.

During Fun Friday at the end of the day, Zayvion decided to make his own solar eclipse!


Kindergarten started their measurement unit by exploring tools used to measure length, capacity and weight!






Mr. Shore’s artists are learning package design and product branding. They are creating new chip bag sculptures.

The April PTO meeting is tonight!


Mrs. Parmley’s artists learned about the total solar eclipse. They created their own total solar eclipse with oil pastels.





The weather outside is frightful...so indoor recess was used for making beaded bracelets!



Mrs. Maki & her Principal Jr. MaKhi! MaKhi did a fabulous job ensuring that both Staff & Students were on their best behaviour yesterday. He even had the chance to help with the announcements during the SIP day assembly and at the end of the day!

Students had to build the tallest possible tree to hold a bird nest
with one or more peep marshmallows. The tree was built out of
linking cubes at least 10 cubes tall. The nest was built out of either
toothpicks or pipe cleaners and must be balanced over the opening of
a cup.

Thank you to all Beach Park Community for coming out on Saturday, March 16th, to our annual Multicultural Festival. We had a wonderful time celebrating our diverse community, tasting a variety of different foods, watching live performances, and being able to see the creativity from our very own students through their artwork.
