Newport Family STEM Night is Tuesday, September 26th!
CUB Scout Pak 663 will be at each of the Beach Park elementary schools tomorrow evening, September 19, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Picture Day is Wednesday, October 4!
5th grade students were able to burn off some energy by playing a throwing game in gym at the end of the day!
In honor of Patriot Day, several Newport students made cards and wrote letters to show their appreciation for our very own Beach Park Fire Department. The Staff & Students of Newport school, thank you for your service!
First grade made puppets to go along with their Kevin Henkes Author Study, where they learned about many of the different mice characters in a handful of the books they read in class.
The Scholastic Book Fair will be at Newport, September 21 - 28. Don't forget to set up your eWallet!

Newport's Coin Drive Challenge will run from September 11 - September 22. Please consider donating your spare change to benefit our students and classrooms! The classroom or grade that collects the highest overall total will receive a prize.
The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Newport, September 21 - 28. Students will have an opportunity to shop during school hours. The Book Fair will be open to families on Tuesday, September 26 from 6:00 - 7:30. Family STEM night is also September 26 from 6:00 - 7:30.
