3rd grade students completed a team building activity creating squiggle art.









Zion-Benton Township High School is hosting Family Literacy Night on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the ZBTHS Library. This event celebrates the joy of reading and writing for all ages! We encourage our BPD3 families to attend and participate in this fun-filled evening, which aims to unite students, families, and community members in recognizing the significance of reading. Mrs. Maki's class voted in a mock election after reading "Duck for President." Students created voter ID cards and cast their votes for Duck or Farmer Brown. Spoiler alert... Duck won the election!

Students started a new unit in PE working on controlled throwing.





Kinders and 1st graders had fun throwing the leaves up in the air on this windy day at recess! Also, they are great problem solvers. They moved the wood chips into a pile so they could reach the handle on our zipline bar!
