Weather Advisory

Good Afternoon  Beach Park Families and Staff,

We are closely monitoring the forecast, which currently indicates the potential for significant wintery weather in our area this coming Monday.

While we hope the weather bypasses us, we want to ensure our entire school community is prepared for any outcome. Depending on the severity of the weather and the condition of the roads, we are actively preparing for two possible scenarios for Monday:

  • Scenario 1: Regular School Day. School will be in session with our normal in-person schedule.

  • Scenario 2: E-Learning Day. School buildings will be closed for the day, and all instruction will shift to an E-learning format.

Out of an abundance of caution, all students and staff must take home their school-issued devices, chargers, and any necessary instructional materials at the end of the day today. Taking these items home ensures that everyone is fully equipped to participate in E-learning should that need arise.

We will continue to track the storm's progress over the weekend. If a shift to an E-learning day becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible

Thank you for your partnership, cooperation, and flexibility as we work to keep our students and staff safe while minimizing disruptions to learning.
