Happy Last Day of the 2023-2024 School Year Beach Park Family!
As we approach the end of another school year, we reflect on the remarkable growth that has taken place within our school district. It is with great pride, joy, and honor that we celebrate the achievements of our students, families, and staff members.
Throughout the school year, we have remained steady in our commitment to the belief that all students can learn, lead, and succeed. This foundational principle has guided our efforts and inspired us to develop an enriching and nurturing learning environment which allows opportunities for our students to thrive. We are proud of the hard work and commitment demonstrated by our students, staff, and families who have embraced challenges, overcame obstacles, and achieved remarkable progress. As I shared in my welcome speech during our eighth graduation on Tuesday, Steph Curry once said in an interview, “Success is not an accident, it’s actually a choice every single day.” Success is what WE choose every single day.
At the core of our work is the unwavering commitment that every child matters, every day, in every way. We are dedicated to ensuring that each student receives the support and resources they need to reach their full potential. It is this dedication to equity and inclusion that drives us forward and motivates us to be better.
Looking ahead to the future, we aim to continue making progress as a community through our joint District Goals; Vision 2030. Building upon successes and learnings, our new mission and vision will serve as a guiding light, illuminating our path forward and inspiring us to continue striving for excellence. We are confident that this renewed sense of purpose will elevate and enable us to better serve the needs of our students and community far into our future.
As we begin a well-deserved break, I encourage everyone to prioritize rest, rejuvenation, and quality time with loved ones. Let's seize the moments to recharge our batteries, explore new adventures, and create lasting memories. I would like to reiterate my heartfelt appreciation for your continued trust and support in what Beach Park School District stands for and believes; Every Student Can Learn.
We cannot wait to welcome back all students and staff for 2024-2025! Beach Park School District 3 is on its way to amazing things! Personally, every single student, parent, and staff member is an essential part of our plans for OUR collective future. Embracing greatness is our focus through any means possible! We are going to brand Beach Park School District in the coming year, aligning our Strategic plan, with our School Improvement Plans, and our CORE beliefs all focused on creating what WE collectively; parents, community, staff, and students believe the Portrait of a Beach Park Learner should encompass. Our mindset moving forward will be: Beach Park is the place everyone wants to work and where all families want their students to LEARN, LEAD, and SUCCEED! I hope I can count on every one of you to start changing mindsets in embracing the wonderful uniqueness of our community on the lake! A Blue Ribbon School District rating is what we will work towards!
