Bully Reporting

To report a bullying incident online, select the appropriate school below and submit a bullying report form.

Beach Park School District maintains a firm policy prohibiting all forms of bullying, see Board of Education Policy 7:180.  Everyone is to be treated with respect and dignity.  Bullying by any student, teacher, administrator, or other school personnel which creates an intimidating environment will not be tolerated under any circumstance.  Reports will be reviewed and handled by the Principal the following school day.  If you would like to contact the Principal by phone, please call 847-596-5860.

Reprisal or retaliation against any person who reports an act of bullying is prohibited. Any person’s act of reprisal or retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including discharge with regard to employees, or suspension and/or expulsion with regard to students.

No student will be punished for reporting bullying or supplying information, even if the District’s investigation concludes that no bullying occurred. However, a person who is found to have falsely accused another of bullying, as a means of retaliation, as a means of bullying, or provided false information will be treated as either: (a) bullying, (b) student discipline up to and including suspension and/or expulsion, and/or (c) both (a) and (b) for purposes of determining any consequences or other appropriate remedial actions.

**Only use these forms to report issues relating to racism, bullying, cyberbullying, or harassment.**
