BPD3 COVID-19 Case Dashboard
District 3 has developed this dashboard to share a summary of COVID-19 related positive cases with our learning community. The information will comply with all privacy regulations. Anyone who has been in close contact with a positive case will be notified.
A positive case indicates that the student or staff member has been tested and received a report confirming that they have the virus. These individuals will be isolated for a minimum of 10 days and upon meeting the criteria set on the IDPH COVID-19 INTERIM EXCLUSION GUIDANCE, can return to the school. Data for exposures identifies individuals who have not tested positive, but have been identified as being in close contact with someone (inside or outside of school) who tested positive through contact tracing, by self-reported interaction, or through our self-certification and screening process. Individuals who have been identified as close contacts are instructed to quarantine for 14 days after the last day of contact with the person who is COVID-19 positive to monitor for symptoms. A probable case is a student or staff member who has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing COVID symptoms, but has not been tested for the virus.
This data will reflect cases starting October 11, 2020, and will be updated each week on Monday.
