It is with great excitement we announce the appointment of our new Chief School Business Officer (CSBO), Mr. Frank Adams. Mr. Adams joins us from Skokie School District 69 where he was the Business Manager for the past two years. There he oversaw the District’s budget and financial planning. While in Skokie Mr. Adams was a member of the District’s Equity Leadership Team helping to develop ideas and systems to create a diverse and equitable environment for students to learn in. Mr. Adams first position as a Chief School Business Official was here in Beach Park District 3. Prior to becoming a business manager, Mr. Adams was the executive director for a mental health program serving children and adolescents who were deaf/hard of hearing and had emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Mr. Adams lives in Buffalo Grove with his wife. They have three children, their oldest son recently graduated from the University of Iowa in Human Resources, a daughter at Illinois State University studying to become a teacher, and her twin brother is at the University of Wisconsin- Madison getting his masters in business and commercial real estate. When Mr. Adams has some free time; he enjoys fishing anywhere he can and metalsmithing in his garage.

Mr. Adams will be a great addition to the administrative team in Beach Park and will be able to continue the vision of the District, “To become a Nationally Recognized School District,” while working on behalf of the Board of Education to make the strategic plan a reality. We welcome Mr. Adams to the Beach Park Administrative Team and look forward to his leadership in finance for the 2023-2024 school year!
