Physicals
It is mandatory that all students who participate in athletics have a new physical on file every year. This includes the upcoming sports of soccer, cross-country, basketball, cheerleading, volleyball, and track. Physicals are valid for 365 days. Sports physicals must be on file in our health office prior to the participation in the first game/match. No exceptions to this policy can be made.Physical forms can be obtained from the coach or in the Athletic Office, or you may download and print it from here.
Fees
Sports participation fees have been eliminated for the 2006-2007 school year.
It is the responsibility of parents and/or students to properly care for the uniform. Uniforms must be returned within one week of the last scheduled game of the season. If the uniform is not returned in the same condition in which it was received, minus normal wear. If any portion of the uniform is damaged or lost, parents/guardians will be responsible for the replacement cost for the item(s).

- Cheerleading requires extra accessories to be purchased.
- Cross-country teams will wear the BPMS gym uniform.
- Volleyball and track teams will purchase uniform shirts for a separate fee.
