Parents/GuardiansI would like to inform you of some changes to PaySchools. You may or may not have experienced difficulty using PaySchools since January 2013, this is due to PaySchools being acquired by Data Business Systems. All of the changes have taken place behind the scenes with no interference to your purchasing, Some current outages were related to severe weather. On May 1, 2013 Data Business Systems will be changing over to their hosted site. This change will eliminate their outages due to weather where PaySchools is located. We are pleased to be working with Data Business Systems knowing that they will offer better service and quality online products. As upgrades are made to the PaySchools website, I will keep you posted here, on our Food Service page. Puede ser que usted a estado teniendo dificultad utilizando PaySchools desde enero del 2013, esto se debe a que PaySchools ha sido adquirida por Data Business Systems (Sistemas de Datos Profesionales). Please use the PAYSCHOOLS electronic program to fund your child’s lunch account. Purchases are transferred from PaySchools™ at 8:00 a.m. each morning and are in your student’s lunch account before lunch that same day. Please make purchases prior to 8:00 a.m. to ensure your child has money in their account. It is the parent’s responsibility to keep sufficient money in lunch accounts. Students with accounts that fall below the price of a lunch or milk will not be eligible to receive items until funds are available in his/her account. Please check your child’s account regularly each week. DO NOT rely solely on email notifications for lunch balance alerts. Not all internet providers accept Beach Park School District email. Be Safe: Keep sufficient funds in your child’s account at all times. RETURNED PAYMENTS:There will be a $25.00 processing fee for any electronic payment, made through PaySchools, that is returned by your bank.
